HR Excellence In Research AwardHuman Resources Strategy For Researchers
At the end of 2017, Toulouse INP officially committed to the implementation of a Human Resources Management Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).
The Human Resources Management Strategy for Researchers supports research institutions and funding organizations in the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (adopted in 2005 by the European Commission).
The principles of the Charter specify the roles, responsibilities and rights of researchers as well as employers and/or funders. The Code is a set of principles and general requirements that should be followed by employers and/or funders when appointing or recruiting researchers.
Following the gap-analysis which highlighted the institution’s internal practices with regard to the 40 principles of the Charter and the Code, Toulouse INP has developed an action plan that responds to identified improvement needs.
