PhD programmes
The International PhD Office is in charge of identifying and organising the number of PhD thesis proposals, via framework programmes between the Université de Toulouse and other countries (such as the agreement between the Université Fédérale de Toulouse and the China Scholarship Council), or for international students eligible for funding under national large-scale programmes (Colfuturo Colombia for example).
The Université de Toulouse awards around 900 funded PhDs every year.
