Application

Once you've chosen the program you'd like to apply for, the application process differs depending on the school where the program is taught. Below are the steps to follow depending on the school.

Enseeiht application

Once you've decided which course you want to take, the procedure for enrolling is as follows:

  1. All exchange students must be nominated by their University or School’s International Office with a mail to international.enseeiht[@]toulouse-inp.fr (international.enseeiht @ toulouse-inp.fr)
  2. Upon receipt of their nominations, the students will receive all necessary information for their application.
  3. They click on the link below to complete the online application form before the deadline.

 

Required application documents :
  • Identity Card or Passport
  • Transcript of Records
  • Cover letter
  • C.V
  • Learning agreement, filled in, signed and stamped
  • French level proficiency certificate

 

Nomination deadlines
  • SEMESTER 1 : April 15th
  • SEMESTER 2 : November 1st

 

Application deadlines
  • SEMESTER 1 :  May 7th
  • SEMESTER 2  : November 15th

Ensiacet application

Once you've decided which course you want to take, the procedure for enrolling is as follows:

  1. Your university's international relations office sends a nomination email to internationaloffice@ensiacet.fr (internationaloffice @ ensiacet.fr)
  2. Our IR department sends an automatic email to the applicant with a link, account and password to connect to the pre-registration platform (Application)
  3. The candidate fills in the online form and adds a copy of transcripts, passport or ID, and a passport photo
  4. We send the applicant and his/her university a proposed learning agreement;
  5. The candidate returns the learning agreement after completing the list of courses/credits to be validated by his/her university
  6. We send a letter of final acceptance to the candidate and the university

Nomination deadlines
  • SEMESTER 1 : April 30th
  • SEMESTER 2 : October 30th
Application deadlines
  • SEMESTER 1 : May 15th
  • SEMESTER 2 : November 15th

Ensat application

Once you've decided which course you want to take, the procedure for enrolling is as follows:

  1. All candidates must be nominated by the international office of their home University and nominations will be addressed to the ENSAT International Office : international.ensat@toulouse-inp.fr (international.ensat @ toulouse-inp.fr)
  2. Nominated candidates will receive a link to submit their e-application on the internet :
  • Download, fill and send the learning agrement form making sure that the name of the specialization or Master course is mentioned as well as the list of course modules that will be followed.
  • Upload all the documents required on the e-application mobility platform as listed in: http://www.ensat.fr/en/international/incoming-exchange-students.html

          3.  Our International office will then send you a letter of admission. From then on you can prepare for your arrival

Application deadlines
  • SEMESTER 1 : June 1st
  • SEMESTER 2 : November 1st
